Clannad
School Days (More on the dark side though)
Kimi no Iru Machi (It picks up late into the Manga though, so I suggest you read it either before or after)
Suzuka (Haven't watched it because I plan to read the Manga)
Fuuka (Basically a sequel of Suzuka, I plan to read the Manga as well)
Elfen Lied ( A bit dark like School Days but great story)
Yume de Aetara (The animation isn't that good and leaves at a bad note, but the Manga is great)

I liked the Opening of the 1st season as for the story well let say this if this was adapted in 2020s it would be a Hentai
